ORDER PROCESSING

At Prettyurvous, we value every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Customers will receive the order within 3-8 business days from the date of purchase. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.

• A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
• Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
• It normally takes 1-2 business days to process your order in system.
• Due to the factory holiday, the delivery may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding. Shipping time may be delayed 10-15 days.

ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & DELIVERIES DURING COVID-19

Due to COVID-19, air travel has been restricted, which affects our ability to deliver products as quickly and efficiently as we do during normal times. International deliveries may take longer than usual and certain delivery destinations might see further restrictions. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the time for the order to be delivered to you will be different from the estimated time by 5-15 days. Due to COVID-19, we will sterilize the products and packages, you can rest assured to purchase orders.

SHIPPING

• Shipment takes approximately 5-8 business days.(U.S. ONLY)
• Once your order is fulfilled, an email notification will be sent to your email with carrier tracking information
• Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
• Prettyurvous is NOT responsible for any delays due to local disruptions.
• Prettyurvous  is NOT responsible for LOST, DAMAGED or STOLEN PACKAGES, if your package tracking show "Delivered" please contact your local post office for more information.
• UPS Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
• We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses.
• If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact customer support within 30 days after your order was placed.
• Due to the pandemic, we can't guarantee the deliver period, delivery may extend. Updated shipping information will be sent to your email.
• If your order is still tracking as IN TRANSIT, we will NOT send another order or offer a store credit.
